My experience of join mothers and fathers with their babies in the water began in 2005.
From that moment I have not stopped doing this work, always from the vocation and a clear dedication with the parents and their own children in the first contacts that the baby has with water, all this always from a very respectful place. From my experience I have verified that it is very important to follow up on each session and see what stage of development the baby is in. Always with a good bond and connection between parents and children.
Currently I’m training as a psycho-corporal integration therapist, a system created by Marc Costa, which seeks to integrate the cognitive part with the corporal and the emotional instinct through the relationship with the therapist.
I combine this vocation with another equally important, that of accompanying mothers throughout the process of gestation in the aquatic environment. With them we do a body work, relaxation and connection, to become aware of the important moment of life in which they are.
To finish, as a water enthusiast, I am training in Watsu (shiatsu in water) a body work that takes advantage of the healing patterns of water at a temperature between 34 and 36 degrees and is capable of returning energy to people who are tired physically and psychically and to provide calm and well-being to overly stressed people.
